Examples of Consulting Projects

Client 1

A small digital media company engaged consulting support to clarify its brand positioning and define a more focused target audience in order to improve client acquisition and increase revenue stability.

Results:

The project identified an underserved target market and repositioned the company’s services to better address that segment.

As a result, the company increased project engagements, expanded its market reach through a strategic partnership with a larger firm, and reduced dependence on a small number of clients—helping to mitigate revenue volatility and create a more stable growth trajectory.

Client 2

A nonprofit organization sought consulting support to develop a sustainable growth strategy.

The engagement focused on assessing the organization’s competitive landscape, refining its mission and vision, clarifying its value proposition, and strengthening engagement with its board of directors.

Results:

The work led to a strategic pivot toward a different segment of the sector, allowing the organization to better leverage its internal talent and capabilities.

By repositioning its services in a less crowded market space, the organization improved its ability to compete effectively and deliver greater impact.
